Stephanie Peralta

Stephanie was raised to "go the extra mile", push for excellence and strive to be the best. These are the principals that she applies to her real estate career and her clients admire her for that.  Her passion for real estate has yielded great respect from her clients and coworkers and she is recognized for her professional approach to negotiations, her attention to detail and her ability to think outside the box.

 

Throughout her career in real estate, Stephanie has worked hard to build up a large referral network and her integrity, experience and ambition is valued.  Since becoming a Realtor in 2009, she was awarded the Rookie of The Year Award from the Campbell County Board of Realtors and was promoted to Associate Broker in 2013.  Stephanie is also a member of the Council of Residential Specialists and has received the Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource Certification.  

 

To her, real estate is about building lifelong relationships, seeing the tears of joy at closing and getting to be a part of the largest investment that most people will make in their lifetime.
