While it was a chilly December, our housing market was far from cold! Homes are selling at a steady pace, but most notably we have almost 100 homes less on the market this December over last December. Also, there was some movement in the Top 10 Neighborhoods, with Westover overtaking Moon Meadows for #2, and Sleepy Hollow inching in to the rankings at #9. We are seeing lots of buyers jump on affordable single-family homes in these 'hoods!
