The signs are strong...Of Spring! First the market heats up, then the birds come back, and then the flowers bloom🌷🌳🏡

While Gillette's supply of homes was low but steady, we saw a jump in the number of homes sold in February. Certainly encouraging is that the average sales price came up slightly, and homes are spending 27% FEWER days on the market than last month. Homes are selling closer to list price, too.
